Overview

Selected as 1 of 500 mentees from 12,176 national applicants (~4.1% acceptance rate) through 2 rigorous selection stages (Culture FIT, Basic Abilities, English, Digital Knowledge & Interview) to participate in Digistar Class 2024, Telkom Indonesia's premier digital talent incubation program, in the Hacker (Frontend Development) Track. Underwent intensive training in modern frontend development with React.js (components, JSX, Props, State, React Router, Hooks like useState and useEffect), as well as personal branding, career planning, and STAR framework communication. Built BigOne Ultimate Converter, an XLS-to-JSON data preprocessing engine for BigBox (a Telkom Indonesia subsidiary), together with a 5-member team (Hacker, Hipster UI/UX, and Hustler). Survived 2 rounds of pitching competitions and was awarded TOP #1 Best Project Team among 100+ teams nationwide, evaluated directly by Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid (Chief Digital & Information Officer / CDIO of TelkomGroup).
